For all goods that are fed into the production process ‘directly from the field’ as bulk material, Dymond Bulk offers the possibility of efficient detection and removal of foreign bodies of all kinds: metal, plastic, stone, dirt clumps, glass, etc.
Early X-ray inspection at the start of the production line protects the machines and makes an important contribution to quality assurance. Foreign bodies can be detected and traced immediately. It also makes sense from an economic point of view to eliminate contaminants before raw materials such as nuts, fruit, seeds or coffee are processed further.
Select your Dymond Bulk 80 or 120 X-ray inspection system as required. X-ray output Dymond Bulk 80: 70 kV - 1.2 mA | 80 kV - 2 mA, Dymond Bulk 120: 80 kV, 2 mA
