Weighing and metal detection equipment for the production and filling process
Minebea Intec’s weighing, filling and formulation solutions are designed to be seamlessly integrated into modern production and materials handling processes, whether manual or fully automated. The product range includes process vessel scales that can be equipped with digital assistance technology.
Various types of weighing terminal can be supplied for each type of scale. All equipment can be easily calibrated, and offers the speed required to avoid slowing down the overall process. The state-of-the-art solutions ensure process and product safety, e.g. in relation to explosion protection, and offer the precision and reliability required to ensure the quality of the product and the cost-effectiveness of the process.

Final weighing before delivery
Once products have been processed or packaged, or be stored as raw material they are ready for delivery to customers. Here, reliable control and documentation of the product transfer is important for commercial and risk-avoidance reasons.

In many cases, and especially in the case of bulk goods such as construction materials, it is most efficient to weigh an entire delivery truck, before and after loading.
