However, when production processes become more complex and specific, standard solutions are often no longer sufficient. Our experience shows that it takes expertise, creativity and flexibility to realise individual technical customer requests in an outstanding way.

Load cells and weighing electronics
High-precision weighing solutions make North America's largest polypropylene production possible
For a new polypropylene plant with an annual product capacity of 450,000 tonnes, the American company Braskem needed a weighing solution that could withstand even the harshest environmental conditions.
We supplied a specialised solution for weighing a tank for cleaning polypropylene pellets as well as tanks containing raw and scrap material.
Ensuring ATEX compliance for a leading aerospace company
The manual dosing systems of Avio, a leading developer of aerospace propellants, must comply with the European ATEX directive in order to be able to operate in rooms with explosive atmospheres. As this was no longer the case following an update to the ATEX standards, Avio purchased innovative components from us for its manual dispensing system. We supplied two ATEX-certified platform scales and weighing indicators, as well as a controller for the safe area controlled by a customised, customer-specific software solution.

Industrial Scales
Precision and quality for a versatile dosing station with two weighing points
One of our partner companies developed a dosing station for a customer that combines the manufacturer's precise weighing technology with an effectively pragmatic approach. The dosing station fulfils the customer's requirements of being able to dose smaller quantities with a bench scale on the one hand and the reliable weighing of a mixing container via a platform scale integrated into the dosing station on the other. The stations are used in many different industries and ensure accurate and fast weighing results.
High-Precision Checkweighing for Leading Paint Manufacturer
A German company specialising in renders and paints successfully used a Minebea Intec weighing solution for product filling. New regulations demanded the switch from automatic filling to automatic checkweighing. Four belts handle a multitude of product sizes from small to large. The planned plant needed to offer a large weighing range with high resolution in the small range and high preload via the conveyor belts.
Checkweigher
High-speed weighing in the smallest of spaces - checkweigher exceeds all requirements
A manufacturer of confectionery wanted to implement a double-track weighing solution with a high-speed function to check bars for the correct weight in accordance with the MID directive and to comply with the pre-packaging regulation (FPV).
The checkweigher also needed to be able to be upgraded with two metal detectors if required.

Safe chocolate enjoyment - our customisable Vistus? metal detector is compact and reliable
Chocolate manufacturer Weinrich wanted to integrate a metal detector into its existing production facility. However, in addition to the limited space, the inspection solution also had to cope with the product effect of chocolate and reliably detect foreign bodies in different varieties. No problem for our engineering team!

X-Ray
Cost-efficient and error-free: X-ray and weighing technology for industrial laundries
In industrial laundries - whether for hospitals or hotels - unwanted discolouration and the detection of forgotten items such as pens or tools in the laundry loads are a major challenge. We have developed an X-ray system with an integrated load cell for one of our customers. This not only enables precise identification and sorting of laundry items that could potentially cause discolouration or damage, but also dynamic weight recording of each individual laundry item during the inspection process. In industrial laundries, billing is often done by weight, so this feature is critical to ensure accurate billing.
