Product Enhancements Rejection Solutions
Pneumatic Air Blower
Rejected products are blown sideways off the line by a powerful blast of air. It is ideal for small, lightweight packaged products at high speed.
Pneumatic Pusher
Discharged products are pushed sideways off the line by the action of a pusher attached to an air cylinder. It is suitable for ejecting products in packages and thick bags.
Swivel Arm
Rejected products are pushed aside by the rejector gates (arms). It is ideal for products in boxes and thick bags.
Drop Down Flap
Rejected products fall down when the chute is reversed. It is ideal for rejecting relatively light bulk products and thin products.
Telescopic Rejector
The conveyor on the outfeed side of the conveyor slides to let the rejected products fall during the rejection. It is ideal for unpackaged products and thin products.
