The Vistus? free-fall metal detection system guarantees the reliable inspection and removal of metallic foreign bodies from all types of food products in powder or granular form that are transported through a pipe by gravity. These include, for example, milk powder, wheat, nuts or cornflakes. All detectors in the Vistus? series are based on high-quality components and a broad frequency spectrum for maximum detection performance and reliability. Dialogs tailored to different user groups ensure maximum user-friendliness.
The right components can be selected for the operating terminal according to requirements based on the modular principle - consisting of search coil, tube, separator and optional true in-process validation.
All components of the overall system can be used in Zone 22 hazardous areas in accordance with the provisions of Directive 94/9/EC.
